Paws for Love Inc. Policies
*Paws for Love reserves the right to change your dog's type of boarding or daycare if we believe it is necessary for the health and safety of your dog or others in our care.
*Paws for Love is not responsible for keeping toys, blankets etc in the same condition as when they were brought in.
*You are responsible for keeping your dog up to date on its vaccinations and updating our files when necessary. Please plan ahead. Vaccines are required a minimum of 3 days before attending our programs.
*All dogs must be brought into the facility on leash and be wearing a soft collar.
*We ask that you provide enough food for the duration of your dog's stay with us. A change in diet can cause abdominal discomfort. There will be a $2.00/meal charge if we use our house food.
*Dog's that are showing signs of illness ex. Coughing, sneezing, diarrhea, lethargy are not permitted into our programs and will be turned away if brought in, in this condition. By bringing your dog into the facility, you are certifying that your dog is healthy and not displaying any symptoms of illness.
*There are inherent risks associated with the co-mingling of dogs. Although we will offer reasonable care and precautions, the unpredictable personality of dogs can sometimes lead to injury. You are financially responsible for any and all costs involved should your dog become injured.
*If your dog becomes injured while in our care, you will be notified at one of the listed phone numbers. If you are not available, we will contact your emergency contact. If we are unable to reach any of the contacts we would then arrange for your animal to be taken to the veterinarian to be treated as deemed best by our staff.
*We will attempt to bring your dog to the veterinarian listed on this form, after hours we will use the Walker Rd emergency clinic or the 24 hour clinic on Lauzon Rd. You are responsible for any costs incurred.
*Boarding charges are as follows: One night of boarding includes 7:30am day of drop off until 11:00am the following day. After 11:00am you will be charged a $15.00 late pick up fee. If you decide to drop off later in the day, the charge will remain the same. We encourage owners to drop off as early as possible to ensure your dog gets used to being in this environment and has time to get some energy out before being placed in their individual suites overnight. Example: drop off at 8:00am will be charged the same as drop off at 5:00pm.
*We offer discounts of stays of one week or more.
*We board dogs that are not daycare candidates (can not be with other dogs) as well as dogs that can participate in the daycare program. For this reason we require temperament tests on each dog prior to participating in our programs. Paws for Love will determine your dog's suitability for our programs.

Paws for Love Inc. Waiver
By submitting this form,
- You indicate your agreement with all the terms listed above.
- You acknowledge the risks associated with the co-mingling of dogs, including injury or illness.
- You authorize your veterinarian to release medical/vaccination information to Paws for Love.
- You certify that your dog is not aggressive towards people.
- You release Paws for Love from any and all manner of damages, claims, losses, costs or expenses arising out of or related to the services provided by Paws for Love Inc., unless gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
- If in our judgment, we feel your dog requires medical care of any kind, you agree to be solely financially responsible and release Paws for Love Inc. and its staff from financial responsibility.
____By checking here, you may verbally request(by phone) that Paws for Love Inc. release your dog to someone other than the person(s) listed below and you release Paws for Love Inc. from responsibility for releasing your dog to someone we believe to be authorized by you.
These people are allowed to pick up my dog(s) from Paws for Love Inc.
